Heat-tolerant Cymbidium can flower even in higher temperatures unlike the standard Cymbidiums. They like a well draining drier medium like Pine Bark.

Cymbidium Chen's Ruby is a hybrid HTC cymbidium orchid. A hybrid of Cym. iridioides × Cym. Golden Elf. Fragrant, and ( HTC) heat-tolerant cymbidium variety. Heat tolerance would mean it can flower even in higher temperatures, unlike the cool climate cymbidiums which need your night temperatures to drop to below 10 degrees. The flowers have lovely stripes on bright mustard yellow petals and dark markings on the lip. Easy growing, and free-blooming variety. 
These plants are potted in 8" clear pot, do not need repotting atleast for another year.
