Cymbidium Little Black Sambo 'Black Magic' is a beautiful dark reddish-black flowers on a hardy, multiflowered plant that can tolerate dryness and a wide temperature range. Cross of two Australian Native species. It is a cross of two Australian Native species Cym. Canaliculatum x Cym. Madidum, Best grown in a basket with good air circulation. Can thrive in warmer or cooler climates with proper care. As black as an orchid can be and a true miniature. The multiflowered “foxtail” type spikes cascade from the sides of the plant and flower count can be as high as 60 flowers per spike.
This hybrid can easily flower in warmer more tropical areas. If it is to be grown in cooler climates, try and place it in a fairly sheltered area and back off watering during cooler months for best results.
