Oncidium orchids grow well under medium light. However certain hybrids from Thailand can even grown in bright indirect light. Learn more about light here 

 Watering

Please be careful with the watering as the Sphagnum moss medium retains too much moisture. The medium could take up to a week to dry. Other medium like Pine bark dries within 1 or 2 days. Medium may dry faster or slower depending on the weather conditions. Fertilizing

Oncidium (Bllra). Marfitch "Howard's Dream is a hybrid with very strikingly beautiful deep grape-purple colored flowers. This is the Red Fox selection, that would be more red tones of flowers. A cross between Bratonia Charles M. Fitch x onc. Fremar. This Oncidium hybrid, Marfitch Howard's Dream 'Red Fox'- BS, produces tall flower spikes and up to twelve 5" wide flowers. Along with its striking color, this orchid also develops purple pigments in its leaves and pseudobulbs, making it highly sought-after in the world of intergeneric hybrids. Its large flowers are exceptionally showy that is bred for its striking appearance.
