Chiloschista nakornpanomensis is an orchid species native to the Nakhon Phanom region of Thailand. Its flowers, range in size from 0.25" to 0.5".  The flower color is a shade of yellow. The flowers appear on stems that grow from the root base and can last for four or more weeks. A larger root system can lead to a higher number of blooms.

Chiloschista species is a lovely leafless orchid that is also commonly known as 'Root Orchid'. These plants are leafless & remain so almost throughout the year. The plant looks like a crown of fleshy roots which flowers on 6-inch long flower spikes. Water them well every day.
