Paraphalaenopsis laycockii sp. Orchid Plant - BS Without flowers

Paraphalaenopsis laycockii is a species originating from the tropical regions of Borneo. It produces clusters of delicate pink flowers that emit a sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe bananas or cinnamon. Each flower spike can support up to 15 blooms. The orchid’s distinctive red lip, shaped like a snake’s tongue with a textured surface, adds to its unique appeal, setting it apart from other orchids. Best cultivated mounted, its terete leaves hang naturally while the flowers flourish. It thrives under bright light, intermediate to warm temperatures, frequent fertilization, good air circulation, and high humidity, closely mimicking its native environment.
